…I've worked as a liaison between design engineers and assembly personnel in the Aerospace and Aviation industries.
As a degreed Mechanical Engineering Technologist, I converted detailed specifications and drawings into step-by-step instructions for factory and assembly personnel to use.
Later my interests turned to sales and marketing … so I started my own company; creating promotional materials like brochures and other sales materials.
During my college years, I worked for Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering firms, drafting design layouts, surveying, and overseeing construction job sites.
I dug trenches to pour foundation forms, hauled masonry blocks, tied rebar, and even helped lower a 3-story house back down on its new foundation; an experience I'll NEVER forget.
Later I got the opportunity to build my own home. But that's a story for another time.
